Due to the nature of herbal and edible products, returns are limited.

Returns are only accepted if:
• The product was damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong item
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• You contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

📩 Claims must include clear photos or videos as proof.

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Sale or discounted items
• Change of mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened herbal or edible products cannot be returned.

Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
